Privacy policy
This policy applies only to https://unetwork.nodeempire.io. It does not cover nodeempire.io or other sites we link to.

Legal notice: /legal. Company site: nodeempire.io.
2. Principles
Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable person (Art. 4 (1) GDPR), for example name, email, phone number or IP address. We process personal data only where a legal basis exists or you have given consent (Art. 6 GDPR). We delete data when the purpose is fulfilled and no statutory retention period applies.
3. Website logs
When you open this site our host (Vercel) receives technically necessary server logs: IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, status code, browser type and operating system. Purpose: deliver the page and keep it stable. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) f GDPR. Logs are deleted when no longer needed for that purpose unless a longer statutory duty applies.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We store a first-party cookie ne_consent for 12 months so we remember Accept or Reject. That cookie is required to run the banner.
Advertising and analytics cookies, the Meta Pixel and Meta’s Conversions API run only after Accept. Reject, or no choice yet, means no PageView and no Lead is sent to Meta. The license form still works. Legal basis after Accept: Art. 6 (1) a GDPR. You can change the choice via Cookies in the footer.
5. License request form
If you request a license we store: first name, email, country, device type, optional WhatsApp number, time of signup, campaign UTMs, how many licenses you asked for, assigned codes and later email / license status.
Purpose: assign a Unetwork lease code, send onboarding email, prevent duplicate assignments and support you. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) b GDPR (steps prior to and performance of the license arrangement).
Records are kept for the life of the lease plus up to 24 months for support and abuse prevention, then longer only where commercial or tax law requires it (for example HGB / AO).
6. Email
Codes and setup mail are sent via Resend from licenses@mail.nodeempire.io. Replies go to licenses@nodeempire.io. If you write to us we process the address and content of your message to answer you (Art. 6 (1) b or f GDPR).
7. Processors and transfers
We use:
- Vercel Inc. — hosting
- Supabase — database
- Resend — transactional email
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — Pixel ID 1576176714191998 and Conversions API, only after Accept
Processors work under Art. 28 GDPR contracts. Some processing may occur outside the EU/EEA. Where that happens we rely on an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
After Accept, hashed first name, email, optional phone / WhatsApp and country may go to Meta for ad measurement (advanced matching). We do not send city, date of birth, gender or an external customer ID. Meta’s policy: facebook.com/policy.php.
Unetwork / Minutes Network runs the app, tasks, KYC and payouts. Their processing is described by Unetwork. NodeEmpire is not Unetwork.
8. What this site does not do
This domain has no shop, no Shopify checkout, no PayPal payment on the form, no newsletter signup, no comment field, no job board and no social plugins. Those topics, if they exist, belong to nodeempire.io and that site’s own policy.
9. Security
Transport to this site uses TLS. Unencrypted email can be read in transit. That is outside our control.
10. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Consent can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR).
Write to licenses@nodeempire.io or info@nodeempire.io. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the Bavarian data protection authority.
11. Changes
We may update this policy when the site or the law changes. Last updated: 23 September 2026.
